I hope you are well.
I've just made some significant improvements to The Meditation Course website to make accessing content easier. If you haven't visited recently, please check it out.
Easier Navigation and Access
I've reorganised the website for easy access to the extensive library of training material we have built up over the past seven years.
I began adding training material to this site in 2021. Before that we used Facebook for the training units!
The new structure has user-friendly navigation, making it easier for you to explore.
What's Available on the Meditation Course Website?
- Articles and Videos:
- There are hundreds of posts including exclusive articles and links to private YouTube videos which are mostly recorded classes.
- Audio Recordings and Podcasts:
- Some recordings of classes are available directly on the website, making it convenient to listen anytime.
- Direct links to some of my 250 podcast episodes.
- Structured Training Units:
- Comprehensive units focusing on training such as meditation techniques, resilience training, and gratitude practices.
- The numbering of units is inherited from when the content was originally organised on Facebook. They are in alpha-numerical format A1, A2, A3, B1, etc. so you can work through them in order.
- Each class builds on the previous ones.
How to Find What You Need
To access the course training material in an organised sequence, use the "Tags" option located in the left-hand sidebar.
Every training unit and other categories like Podcasts, Blog articles and the Weekly Insights is stored as a 'Tag'. This term comes from tagging blog posts. The site is a blog and newsletter combined.
Accessing Your Account Settings and Changing The Theme
You can access your subscription information and changing the theme (Dark, light or the same as your system by clicking the shaded circular button at the top right of the every page.
The Sidebar
The sidebar (which is available on a mobile by clicking on the three line hamburger menu at the top left) contains the most useful information and the most commonly accessed tags.
The Top Navigation
You will see that at the top of the home page is a scrollable menu that lists all the tags in alpha-numeric order.
Reporting Issues or Feedback
If you discover any broken links or outdated content, please use the comment feature on each page to let me know. I'll either remove the link, provide an alternative resource or delete it if it is obsolete.
