Incremental Improvement: How my training evolves
All of my training is based on a methodology called incremental improvement. If I discover a practice that benefits my students, sometimes I learn it myself, sometimes from them, and sometimes from other sources. I look at what I’m currently teaching and try it out with a focus group of experienced students. If I get positive feedback from them and it’s more beneficial than what was previously in place, I replace the previous training. This means that my training is continually evolving to keep up with scientific discoveries, to keep up with changes in our culture and society and work and life and to keep up with the demands that are increasingly imposed on us and help to manage our minds more effectively.
Super Early Bird Discount for the January Course
The January 5-week mindfulness-based resilience course is online and in person and is due to start on January 14th at 7 p.m. and runs for five consecutive weeks.

Autumn Retreat Early Bird Deadline
Thursday, 10th October is the last day of the autumn retreat, early bird. The autumn retreat is in just over a month, on Sunday, 10th of November. We will be visiting St Benedict’s again because it’s such an incredibly calming, relaxing and connective environment.
The October Health, Wealth, and Wellness Day in Bromley
Then, in a fortnight, it is the health, wealth, and wellness day. At Bromley Sports Club, you can engage in 9 different health, wealth and wellness activities. There’s too much to explain in this post, so check out the webpage and book early because we have limited numbers.
