Join us on The Meditation Superpowers Four-Week Course

The Course begins at 9.30 am on Saturday July 10 2021 (London time) and runs each Saturday until July 31. The class topics are:

  • Calmness - 10 July
  • Focus - 17 July
  • Relaxation - 24 July
  • Mindfulness - 31 July

The course consists of four * 2-hour mini-workshops.

Each mini-workshop can be booked separately.
