The Meditation Course continues to offer four live guided meditation sessions weekly throughout 2025:

Five-Week Mindfulness Course

The course has transformed into a student focused training program that you can follow with limited time and energy.

The next 5-week Evening Course will run from 7 - 9 pm on the following dates:

14, 21, 28 January & 4,11 February.


The Deepening Course

For experienced practitioners ready to explore advanced meditation concepts and techniques. This course helps you take your practice to new depths of understanding and integration.

The Deepening Course biweekly training session runs throughout the year on alternate Wednesday evenings (it is also recorded) and gives you access to all the other online and in person training and large discounts on retreats.
