Beditation
This is the first article in The Energy Tree series and includes an introductory offer.
What is Beditation?
Beditation is the practice of meditating while lying down in bed. This practice can be done as you start your day or as a way to unwind before sleep. It can be any number of meditation practices that gain focus, reduce stress, create relaxation or improve rest and sleep.
How I Enhance My Energy With Beditation
Beditation benefits our energy in many ways.
I have sets of meditative practices that I use at various times in a night. Before bed, I will meditate if I find it difficult to fall asleep immediately. I have other techniques if I wake up at night and don't fall back to sleep. In the morning, if I wake up early or don't need to get up right away, again, I will meditate. These routines form a notable part of my personal meditation practice.

About The Energy Tree Series
The "Energy Tree" is a conceptual training aid that I have created. It's designed to show how the mindfulness and meditation practices I teach support us in our hectic modern lives.
I will work through the elements of the energy tree in the next few weeks on The Meditation Course and at the drop-in meditation classes. You can then explore how to use this knowledge to cultivate a richer and more grounded life.
